TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation & DNA (Did Not Arrive) Policy
To ensure fairness and continuity of care for all clients, the following policies apply:
For ACC Sensitive Claims Clients
Under ACC’s Sensitive Claims Service requirements, all missed appointments—known as Did Not Arrive (DNA)—must be recorded. ACC allows up to three DNAs across the course of your engagement. If you reach this limit, ACC may review or discontinue funding for your sessions. It is important to let me know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend, so we can work together to keep your sessions active and your funding secure. ACC also requires that I inform them of DNAs in a timely manner.
For Private Clients
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance without notice, may incur the full session fee.
These policies help me manage my schedule and ensure that appointment times are available to others who may be waiting for support. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
